Yanagi Overview
Yanagi, a 5-star Anomaly-type Electric character in Zenless Zone Zero, hails from the Hollow Special Operations Section 6 camp. Her basic attack, Tsukuyomi Kagura, delivers a forward slash that inflicts both Physical and Electric DMG. Additionally, her ultimate move, Raiei Tenge, unleashes a powerful slash on enemies, dealing massive Electric DMG over a short period.

Yanagi has two stances: Jougen and Kagen.
Execute up to five forward slashes based on the current stance, causing Physical DMG and Electric DMG.
During combat, Yanagi gains the corresponding stance buff based on her current stance:
Jougen stance buff: Electric DMG increases by 10%. Anti-Interrupt Level increases during Basic Attacks.
Kagen stance buff: PEN Ratio increases by 10%. Interrupt Level increases for Basic Attacks.
For 8s after switching stances, Yanagi retains the bonus from the previous stance.

Press to activate.
Perform a forward slash, dealing with Electric DMG and switching stances. Anti-Interrupt level increases while using this skill.
If used after the 3rd, 4th, or 5th hit of a Basic Attack, Swift Ruten activates, speeding up the slash and stance change. Swift Ruten also blocks enemy attacks.
After activating Swift Ruten, Yanagi can instantly follow up with the 3rd hit of her current stance’s Basic Attack.
EX Special Attack

With enough Energy, hold, press to activate.
Charge up for a quick forward thrust, followed by a downward attack that deals with massive Electric DMG.
After the thrust, Yanagi switches stances and enters the Shinrabanshou state for 15 seconds. During this state, when following up from the 5th hit of a Basic Attack or other skills, the combo starts directly from the 3rd hit of the Basic Attack.
If the downward attack hits an enemy with an Anomaly, it activates the Polarity Disorder effect, dealing 15% of the original Disorder damage plus an extra 730% of Yanagi’s Anomaly Proficiency. Polarity Disorder does not remove the target’s Anomaly.
Yanagi is invulnerable while using this skill.

Yanagi harnesses her power to perform a swift, powerful slash that strikes a large area of enemies, followed by a lightning strike that deals massive Electric DMG.
If the lightning hits an enemy with an Attribute Anomaly, it triggers Polarity Disorder, dealing DMG equal to 15% of the original Disorder effect, plus an extra 730% of Yanagi’s Anomaly Proficiency. Polarity Disorder does not remove the target’s Anomaly.
Yanagi is invulnerable while using this skill. After activation, she can immediately follow up with the 3rd hit of the current stance’s Basic Attack.

When her EX Special Attack hits an enemy, Yanagi’s Electric DMG against the target is increased by 10% for 15s.

When any squad member inflicts an Anomaly on an enemy, 1 stack of Clarity is granted, lasting 15 seconds and stacking up to 3 times. Repeated triggers reset the duration. If hit by an enemy attack, 1 stack of Clarity is consumed to gain invulnerability for 1 second. With 1 or more stacks of Clarity, Anomaly Proficiency increases by 80.

Outstanding Adaptability
During the EX Special Attack, the Electric Anomaly Buildup from rapid thrusts increases by 20%. If the Special Attack button is held down after a thrust hits an enemy, it consumes an additional 10 Energy to perform another thrust. If Energy is low or the button is released, the attack will automatically follow up with a downward strike. When this downward attack hits an enemy affected by an Anomaly and triggers Polarity Disorder, the damage multiplier increases to 20% of the original Disorder effect. Each additional thrust boosts this multiplier by 15%, with a maximum of 2 extra thrusts.

Additionally, the maximum number of times the extra DMG multiplier for Polarity Disorder can be triggered increases to 4, and the Energy cost for the first 4 additional thrust attacks is reduced by half.
