Nekomata Kit Overview
Nekomiya Mana is spirited and mischievous, but also very clever. She can sneakily take your wallet without you even noticing. Her cat-like behavior makes her very playful, and she loves the taste of fish. Besides that, she is quite agile.
Compared to other Agents, she can perform perfect dodges and her blasting ability quickly accumulates points. This allows her to easily complete the Decibel Rating gauge. By collecting 3,000 Points, she unleashes her powerful 
Ultimate Attack, dealing huge Physical DMG to enemies.
When it comes to dodging, Nekomata is one of the best agents. If you use her 
Dodge Counter with Phantom Claws, she not only evades the enemy’s attack but also instantly counters with a strike, dealing Physical DMG. Additionally, her Core ability, 
Assist Follow-Up, triggers Shadow Strike, which, when charged, will slash at enemies in front.
